This new headset from Cavalvy is an authentic replica of the headset used by the U.S. Army, Navy, Air Force and Federal/S.W.A.T. teams. It's designed so it sits perfectly on your head whilst doing all manor of physical activities.
The headset comes with a Push To Talk (PTT) switch which can be clipped to your clothing, providing an easily accessible and realistic microphone activation. The microphone position is adjustable via the flexy mount fixed from the earphone. The earphone is also very neatly designed, with clean & crisp sound reproduction, making it easy to hear the sound from the radio. Although, at the same time it doesn't completely block out ambient noise from that side, maintaining a balance between sound isolation and ambient noise levels.
The head-strap is fully adjustable, with an elasticated strap that wraps round the head. The microphone is also flexible to move it into the most effective position, and can be moved out of position when not in use.
