This is a drop leg MOLLE platform which secures to your leg via one thick and elasticated strap with a large buckle on. The top belt mounting strap can be removed and consequently you can mount the panel directly to your waist. A very useful panel for spare magazine pouches and generally increasing the space or developing the body location of your loadout.
