I see the stock level for some products is "Available On Order", what does this mean?

A product purchased 'on order' can take up to 10 working days to arrive. If the time is likely to be longer than this you shall be contacted shortly after you make your purchase. Items on order are items that we do not have in stock at present, but we can either source them quickly or already have a delivery due to arrive in less than 10 working days. If you have products in your order that are currently in stock, we will usually wait and ship the whole order together. If you require the products that are currently in stock immediately, please advise us of this and we will despatch the available items separately
I'm looking for a really exotic product that I can't find anywhere, or haven't the time to search for. Can you look or obtain the product for me?

Yes of course, we're always ready to help out in sourcing hard-to-find gear or all categories. Just email us what you are looking for and we'll begin making enquiries for you!
I'm looking for mil-spec gear like Blackhawk and Specter. Can you source these products?

Yes we definitely can obtain most military specification gear. We have access to the full Blackhawk range and the majority of other major military gear specification suppliers. Doing an order with a larger quantity of products on will usually reduce the effective cost of each item. We can obtain these products at very competitive if not the cheapest prices in the UK. Please email us through a list of what you need for a quote and advised delivery time from the point of payment.
I have a question about my order, what shall I do?

Log into your account control panel on our website and create a ticket regarding your order. This method of communication assures that no emails get stuck in spam filters and allows us to keep a record of communications.
I didn't recieve an order confirmation email with order details in, what should I do?

Contact us via the helpdesk on the website (top right corner).
Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do, the checkout won't show the international shipping options until you enter your address during checkout, this ensures you don't accidentally pick a shipping option not available for your address.
How long will it take to recieve my order once placed?

If items are in stock, we normally say allow 1-2 working days. If it's not in stock allow 10 working days. This is just a guideline though, so if you have an urgent order please let us know.
How do I change my password?

Make sure you are logged into the website (click 'Login' just under the search bar on the top right). Then click on 'account' (just under the search bar on the top right). Then click 'my details' in the middle of the page, and use the 'change your password' section.
I can't seem to create an account - the problem is with the password. What should I do?

The most likely fault is that you are not using a non-alpha-numeric character. This means a character such as ! or $. Also ensure you password uses letters and numbers, and is of the required length. For example - 'password' and 'password1' would not work, but 'password1!' should.
